Ch Fieldday Devon Dream On Can WCX CDX JH, Am CD WC (Devon)

Devon, born in April 1998, is from Fieldday's first litter.

Success came early for Devon when, at the 1999 FCRSA National Specialty, she not only took 4th place in a large 12-18 month class but also brought home a WC ribbon. Elegant and refined, alert and sensible, she easily finished her Canadian Championship and has done well in obedience and field.

Always on "hunting mode", be it for birds, mice, groundhogs or anything else that came across her path (unfortunately skunks too!), Devon breezed through novice hunting titles which lead to more advance training, always based on positive reinforcement. She was an attentive, enthousiastic and perseverant worker with an excellent nose that she used to her best advantage. September 2004 marked her last field outing and it is with her usual exuberance that she completed the tests for her WCX title.

Devon produced three Show Champions, with two sharing 4 "Best Puppy in Group" wins as well as an Obedience Trial Champion Excellent (OTChX).

Selected best "Brood Bitch" at the 2004 Canadian Specialty, Devon made sure that Fieldday's "Dream" would live "On".
