Fieldday Mistinguett (Kleo)

Maeve’s daughter "Kleo" is Fieldday’s youngest from a beautiful litter of ten sired by Leviathan umbra fida "Levi" from Germany. The litter theme was "Musicals" and for her registered name I chose "Mistinguett" who was, during the Roaring Twenties, the Queen of the French Music Hall. I decided on her call name when I watched the German series "Kleo".

Circumstances were such that I was not able to do much with Kleo during her first year. However, in the fall of 2023, we started obedience classes and it was amazing to see her gain in confidence and so happy to work. We’re not in a hurry to compete in obedience but we'll probably take on a couple of conformation shows this year. Kleo is a delight to handle, most elegant with a natural flowing movement.

An athletic and busy girl during our daily outings along the river, she'll stop as soon as she sees ducks or geese and will watch them until she no longer can stand it and will jump in after them. Of course, they fly away! When she hears a flock of geese flying over the property, always full of hope, she’ll run after them. We’re planning some field training and this should make her very happy!

Kleo… my beautiful liver girl full of potential. Stay tuned.
